Food Logic
In modern society, more and more people are refusing to accept what they are told when it comes to sickness and disease. Many are proactive with their health and you can be too. How? By changing the quality of your food.
While many grocery stores are now including organic and local foods, consumers are still eating a diet comprised of highly-refined processed foods and factory farmed animal products. For some, it can be frustrating when the majority of our food supply (both plant and animal) is inundated with disease-promoting carcinogenic chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and/or administered genetically modified growth hormones and antibiotics. We need to learn how to incorporate better food choices in our daily life. This produces a domino effect towards supporting food production methods that are healthy and do not harm the environment.
Organic wholesome and seasonal produce, and for those who eat meat, naturally raised grass-fed animal products must become staples in our daily diet to help us reverse the unhealthy conditions we oftentimes bring on ourselves.
Simply put, you can refine your health in a fun, tasty and easy way. You owe it to yourself. Get started with me today!
